"Last year, UIC had a chance to share the information on umami with Ms Maite Corsin, a Spanish well-known journalist specializing in food and wine tastings. She works in the Penin Guide of the Wines of Spain and the magazine Sibaritas, the Spanish wine guide which covers market completely.
