  • ・100g pork loin sliced
  • ・1 pack shimeji mushroom
  • ・1/4 celery
  • ・1 tsp sake and soy sauce
  • ・Chopped ginger to taste

  • ・Vegetable oil and sesami oil
  • ・Black pepper to taste

    1 tbsp chicken stock
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp sake
    1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2. Cut the pork into 2cm sections and mix it with sake and soy sauce. Cut the stem of the shimeji mushrooms and slice them into small pieces.
